The Russian Government Scholarship supports eligible Kebbi State indigenes to pursue approved undergraduate programmes in the Russian Federation. Applicants must complete the online form and upload authentic supporting documents.

Requirements
Applicant must be a Kebbi State indigene, possess at least five SSCE credits, and satisfy the subject requirements configured for the selected course. Required documents include SSCE result, birth certificate, NIN slip, indigene letter and local government identification letter.
